Share your policing and community safety concerns with your elected Police and Crime Commissioner at her Scarborough Advice Surgery
The next event will take place on Wednesday 7 February from 1.30pm until 3.30pm at Eastfield Community Association Centre, High Street, Eastfield, Scarborough, YO11 3LJ.
Julia said: “The surgeries are a good opportunity for residents of Scarborough, especially in Eastfield, to come along and tell me how the police are doing in their area and to bring up any issues they may have about safety in the community – good or bad.
“After speaking to local people during the development of the police and crime plan, it was evident that the public of Scarborough felt drugs, anti-social behaviour, burglary, mental health issues and police visibility were their top priorities.
“And whilst I am pleased that extra work has gone into responding to these concerns, I am eager to hear firsthand how residents feel in their in local communities. So please, if you have any concerns regarding policing and crime matters that you would like to discuss with me, contact my office to book an appointment.”
The surgeries run on an appointment only basis, with each appointment lasting 15 minutes. To book a meeting, call 01423 569 562 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Surgery dates are organised around the county on different days and at different times; you do not necessarily have to go to the surgery closest to your home, but you can choose the most convenient to you. Visit www.northyorkshire-pcc.gov.uk for more information.
